SM 21 (BSM14) - Genetic tools for investigating biochemical interactions
In this module, you will plan and carry out an independent research project in small teams, applying advanced techniques such as gene targeting, site-directed mutagenesis, conditional gene expression, and analysis of protein–protein interactions. You will also master essential molecular genetics methods—including cloning, protein expression, sequencing—and learn to analyze protein data, gaining the skills to independently design and execute sophisticated experiments in molecular biology.
