SM 06 - Molecular Pathology
In this module, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of molecular pathology diagnostics, from general pathology and molecular medicine principles to the molecular basis of tumor development and personalized therapeutic approaches. You will acquire hands-on experience with key techniques including microscopy, nucleic acid extraction, PCR-based mutation analysis, Sanger and next-generation sequencing, as well as bioinformatics workflows for variant analysis and interpretation. By the end of the course, you will be equipped to analyze complex molecular data, evaluate diagnostic results, and contribute to high-quality patient care in clinical research and pathology.
