SM 02 - Molecular Concepts of Human Diseases

In this module, you will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge molecular and cellular techniques, including molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression and purification, flow cytometry, gene expression analysis, fluorescent imaging, and CRISPR-based gene regulation, as well as bioinformatics and mass spectrometry approaches. You will also explore clinical genomics, transcriptomics, and phenotyping of skeletal and fibrotic diseases, preparing you to independently design and execute advanced experiments that connect molecular mechanisms to real-world biomedical research.
