SM 20 (GSM 02) - Proteostasis in Health and Disease
In this module, you will explore the mechanisms that maintain protein homeostasis (proteostasis) in health and disease across different tissues and model organisms. You will gain hands-on experience with advanced molecular, biochemical, and cell biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture, genome editing, protein analysis, microscopy, and proteomics. By the end of the course, you will be able to independently design and conduct experiments to investigate proteostasis and apply these skills to diverse areas of biology and biomedical research.
