SM 18 (GSM 03) - Functional Genomics
In this module, you will explore the mechanisms of genome regulation in health and disease, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics techniques. You will learn to apply sequencing, genome editing, molecular cloning, and multi-omics data integration, including predictive modeling and machine learning approaches. By the end of the course, you will be able to independently design and execute experiments that link genome regulation to cellular function and disease.
