SM 16 (GSM 06) - Computational Biology II
In this module, you will explore advanced methods in bioinformatics and computational biology, gaining the skills to analyze genome, transcriptome, and proteome data. You will learn to apply high-dimensional statistical methods, modern programming tools, and downstream analyses to interpret complex biological datasets. By the end of the course, you will be prepared to independently carry out computational research projects and translate these skills to a wide range of applications in molecular biology and disease research.
Caution: You need Computational Biology I - or an equivalent background - to attend the module!
